Super and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, quality control, storage, picking etc. Ensure goods are handled, stored, and issued according to company procedures, quality standards and safety regulations. Manage and lead the warehouse team to ensure the smooth workflow and productivity. Allocate daily tasks and monitor staff performance and productivity. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement documentation. Organize and maintain systematic stock placement for efficient inbound and outbound processes. Conduct regular stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and reconcile discrepancies. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and operational standards. Prepare reports related to inventory and warehouse activities as required. Support internal and external audits by providing required warehouse records.

Recommend corrective actions and preventive measures to reduce recurring complaints. Accountable for enhancing customer reviews and driving positive feedback to meet monthly goals. Log accurate records of complaint and customer interaction in Odoo for tracking. Tracks and reports satisfaction performance, complaint records in every weekly meeting.
