Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Provide day-to-day internal functional support for Odoo ERP, mainly in Accounting, CRM, Sale, Purchase and related modules. Assist internal users by responding to questions, troubleshooting functional issues, and resolving system usage problems.
  • Support daily accounting operations in Odoo such as invoicing, payments, journals, reconciliation, and basic financial reports, ensuring internal processes are followed correctly.
  • Perform basic Odoo system configuration, including journals, taxes, chart of accounts, fiscal positions, and user access rights under guidance.
  • Help internal users understand Odoo workflows and correct system usage. Provide basic user guidance and simple documentation when required.
  • Carry out functional testing after system updates or small changes and verify data accuracy.
  • Maintain internal support documentation, user guides, and records of common issues and solutions.
  • Work with the technical team to report functional issues, test fixes, and support minor system enhancements.
  • Assist with system upgrades and ensure smooth daily operation of Odoo for internal users.

Job Requirements

  • Preferred background in finance, information technology, or software-related field.
  • Experience 1+ years of experience in software support roles (Odoo ERP Prefered)
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot functional issues.
  • Good communication skills to support end users and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Comfortable documenting issues, configurations, and user guides.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo accounting configuration (journals, taxes, invoices, payments).
  • Experience working with Odoo ERP or accounting software.
  • Familiarity with Odoo financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, General Ledger).
  • Basic experience with data import, export and validation in Odoo.
  • Willingness to learn new Odoo features and system updates.
