Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Assist with receiving, inspecting and organizing incoming shipments.
  • Maintain proper storage and labeling of stock to ensure easy identification.
  • Prepare goods for dispatch according to delivery orders.
  • Perform daily stock counting and participate in monthly physical stock takes.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times.
  • Record stock movements accurately in Odoo Software.
  • Coordinate with sales and procurement teams as needed.
  • Report any damaged or missing items to the senior immediately.
  • Follow all health, safety and company procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree holder or undergraduate.
  • 1 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and teamwork skill.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and organizational skills.
  • Physically fit and able to handle store operations as required.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the company.
