Conduct performance evaluations, provide training in sales techniques, client consultation, and operational best practices. Conduct high-level consultations with clients, assessing their academic and career goals to recommend appropriate educational programs and institutions. Develop customized solutions and persuasive presentations to effectively address client needs and guide decision-making. Manage the entire consultation process, providing expert advice and support to help clients make informed choices.- Assess clients' academic backgrounds, career goals, and personal preferences to recommend suitable educational programs and institutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and expand the client base. Analyze sales performance metrics and implement adjustments to optimize results and address market trends. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and increase market presence. Address and resolve complex client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities, colleges, and educational institutions to secure favorable terms and enhance service offerings. Network with community organizations, educational bodies, and industry professionals to promote the company’s services and foster collaboration. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to international education consultancy. Oversee the documentation process for admissions, visa applications, and accommodation arrangements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the company’s objectives.
This role will support HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, people-focused, and capable of supporting a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process : posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (contracts, attendance, leave, performance evaluations, etc.). Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
