Human Resources Leading and managing all HR functions, including policy implementation, HR processes, compliance, and daily HR operations. Support management in workforce planning, organizational development, and achieving business objectives. Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives. Manage compensation and benefits programs, salary reviews, and market benchmarking exercises. Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and recommend process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness. Administration Oversee office administration, facilities management, company assets, and ensure a safe, organized, and productive working environment. Manage day-to-day administrative operations, office supplies, employee support services, and implement administrative process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and creative visual content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and social media channels. • Edit raw video footage into high-quality, polished content for platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, websites, and other digital channels. • Enhance videos by incorporating motion graphics, visual effects, sound effects, music, transitions, and other post-production elements. • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to develop compelling visual storytelling and video strategies. • Ensure brand consistency across all video and motion graphic content. • Manage video production timelines, post-production workflows, and project deliverables to meet deadlines. • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video editing, motion graphics, and social media content creation. • Optimize video content for different platforms and audience engagement.
