  • Develop and lead the overall creative strategy for the brand across digital, print, video, and experiential channels.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, content writers, video editors, and content creators.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to align creative initiatives with business goals.
  • Review and approve final designs, videos ensuring high quality and brand consistency.
  • Lead brainstorming and creative development sessions to generate innovative ideas.
  • Manage creative budgets, timelines, and agency/vendor relationships.
  • Analyze creative performance metrics for improvement.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and competitor activities.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, content writer, video editors, and content creators.

  • Minimum 3+ year in creative leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing a creative team and large-scale campaigns.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
