  • Sales Performance & Strategy: Set and monitor monthly/annual sales targets, KPIs, and action plans to drive enrollment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, mentor, and train sales staff to improve conversion rates and maintain high team morale.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students; manage the customer experience from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Marketing & Pipeline Management: Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and ensure accurate, timely updates to the CRM system.
  • Operational Excellence: Supervise center activities, events, and promotions to ensure maximum engagement.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales performance reports and analyses for top managemen

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the education, insurance, hospitality, or service industry.
    • At least 2–3 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Skills:
    • Languages: Excellent communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
    • Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills.
    • Negotiation: Proven ability to close deals and handle objections.
    • Analytical: Ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Traits: High customer-service orientation, energetic, and goal-driven.
