- Employees မ်ား၊ Supervisorမ်ား၊ Manager မ်ားကို disciplining, counseling , evaluation and appraisal မ်ားလုပ္ေပးရမည္။ Promotion and demotion policies ေရးဆြဲ က်င့္သံုးနိုင္ရမည္။
- HR Department ရိွဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားနွင့္ပူးေပါင္းျပီး Training programမ်ား ဖန္တီးေပးရမည္။
- ရံုးခ်ဳပ္နွင့္ site အသီးသီးရိွ supervisor မ်ားၾကား strong communication system တစ္ခု ဖန္တီး၍ attendance မ်ား၊ Payroll မ်ားကို checking လိုက္နိုင္ရမည္။

- Hotel မ်ား၊ Construction company မ်ား၊ စက္ရံုမ်ား အစရိွသည့္ ဝန္ထမ္းရာခ်ီ ရိွေသာ လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားတြင္ HR Management Experience အနည္းဆံုး ၂နွစ္ သို႔ တစ္ျခားလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားမွ HR Management Experience အနည္းဆံုး ၃နွစ္ ရိွရမည္။
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point နွင့္ Email ကၽြမ္းက်င္ရမည္။
- Teamwork ေကာင္းျပီး under pressure တြင္အလုပ္လုပ္နိုင္ရမည္။
- Interpersonal skill ေကာင္းမြန္ရမည္။
