  • Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal requirements and organization needs to get lower risks.
  • Prepare and present HR-related reports and data.
  • Prepare job descriptions for all positions to approach better initial/or strategic plans.
  • Encourage to key person to get standardized pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Review and propose improvements or enhancements to payroll processing, benchmarking industry best practices, prepare payroll update requirement (e.g., payroll system upgrades, process improvement, tax policy change by government, etc.)
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures plus organize employee handbooks.
  • Convince to key person to be compliance with updated employment laws in Burma.
  • Build strong partnerships: Collaborate with key person and regional managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Source and screen candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Implement the recruitment process: implement end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Bridge the gap between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • At least HR management experience in 5 years above (Prefer for Trading Industry)
  • Good knowledge in labor law
  • Good communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
