An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Principal Duties /Responsibilities

- Installing and configuring computer hardware (eg : desktops,printers,scanners,tablets and biometrics devices), software, networks and internet connectivity support
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Talking to users to determine the nature of problems
- Responding to breakdowns
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts
- Maintaining records of software licenses
- Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.

As a T24 IT Officer will be responsible for:
- T24 Core Banking System , UT Net and UT Mobile application support ( User management, Products creation, Teller, Interest , Charges and running COB)
- Supports Test Team in defect analysis and fixing and test support
- Liaise with Development Team and 3rd party vendors (eg SG Group /Temenos helpdesk ) to analyse and resolve incidents or support the resolution of underlying problem
- Resolves T24 related incidents or completes service requests on agreed due date
- Ability to troubleshoot and find root cause of defects/issues by investigating code/data
- Manage problems escalated to third-party suppliers /providers.
