Job Description

- Oversee all Sales Department activities
- Drive sales team to improve revenue
- Oversee assignment of clients to sales team
- Develop new clients and distribute to team members
- Develop coverage and distribution channels for all publication
- Motivate sales staff to reach individual and group targets
- Collaborate with design team to ensure advertising quality and correct placement
- Monitor staff activities and follow up on any performance issues
- Oversee prompt collection of payment from advertising clients, and follow up overdue
payments
- Conduct regular review of individual staff performance and make recommendations to
management
- Assist junior sales staff in proposals and success rate, attending client meetings with them
where needed
- Make regular visits to Mandalay & Nay Pyi Taw to improve sales revenue
- Liaise with CEO to effectively use marketing strategies & initiatives
