Develop sales operation plan
• Set up sale focus for related region/Review of Area sale focus
• Implement sales strategy for related region
• Make sales networking system for related region
• Reporting current sales situation of related region
• To implement sales standard process (FORM, SOP, FPD) of management
• Build relation with related region
• Define and implement regional sales plan
• Write presentation (KPI) , report , price condition and support contract negotiation
• Analyze sales status of regional
• Make action plan to reach sales target
• Support to sales supervisor and sales team of necessary
• Regular branch visit and market visit in related region
• Build relationship with customer
• Find new area for sales distribution and report to related management
• Control operation expenses of related region
• Keep confidential of sale organization
• Build positive attitude for sale team
• Report to NSM of daily, weekly and monthly sale status
• Implement process of management instruction
• Solve problem of sale operation

Job Requirements

Any Graduate ,
Implement the sales target and monitoring the related sales team
At Least (5) years Exp in related Field and similar position
Fluent in both written and spoken english.
Must have Presentation Skill and Ms office Skill
