Job Description

Sales Operations Management
1. Sell Media Plans (advertising), and partner with Myanmar (and Multinational) companies to help them reach their target customers and build their brands, using company’s mass-market TV and Web platforms/audiences.
2. Manage, drive, and work within the 8 defined Sales Stages. Including (1) Lead Generation, (2) Qualifying, (3) Appointment Setting, (4) Solutions Developing, (5) Presentation and Closing, (6) Critical 3 Days, (7) Sales Directed Ad Fulfillment, and (8) Give Value Service.
3. Ensure sales objectives, KPIs and goals are communicated and understood by all Sales Team members
4. Ensure new sales tools, tactics, process, and policy are communicated and understood by all Sales Team members
5. Generate various sales reports as requested.

Key Account/Relationship Management
6. Proactively identify and engage prospective advertisers and delegate as needed to respective Sales Consultants
7. Utilize prospect database to help execute systematic CRM procedures and targeted sales tactics
8. Partner with Director of Sales on Key Account negotiations during the “present and close” stage of the sales process
9. Manage Key Relationships and keep lines of communication constantly opened between DVB and Key Customers
10. Negotiate with Key Customer during the Creative Process for TVC, Graphics, and in-program obligations

Job Requirements

1. 4 Year university degree in business administration, economics, communications, marketing or related field
2. Strong English language, both spoken and written
3. Fluency in Burmese language, both spoken and written
4. 5-10 Year experience managing staff and sales related works
5. 5-10 Years working in a quota-driven sales environment
6. 5-10 Years working in an office/business environment (multi-national company experience a plus)
7. 5-10 Years working with MS Office programs and email communications
8. 2-4 Years working with sales reporting tools and/or CRM software
9. 2-4 Years working with structured sales process steps and practices
