VCS is looking the Senior HR Manager to join in the leading manufacturing company in Yangon.

Purpose of the Role: To develop the human capital assets of the organization and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy

Job Description:

To work with MD, C.O.O and Director to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Issue and review the needs of human capital from each departments, report and get approval from COO, PD and AD. Implement Work Establishment within given period of time.
To issue the HR policies and procedures working closely with the Director of Admin & Account
Prepare monthly and yearly training budget for the company.
Prepare Recruitment Plan and Assure to get Right person, Right place. Handle Employment Contract.
Liaise with respective managers for Training needs Analysis to conducts training for employees and prepare and implement Yearly/ Monthly Training Plan.
Prepare and review salary increasing, staff planning, replacement and transfers with other departments.
To evaluate and supervise the performance appraisal & skill evaluation
To set and evaluate the KPT for each managers and report to the Management
To implement and carry out the social wealth-fare of the employees in the organization
To cooperate with the respective organization for Employees’ health care
Review the monthly ISO report and report to QM Department
In case of any crimes matter arisen from employees, to handle accordingly to the Labor Law and present and take advices from the management
To perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management

Job Requirements

Expereince in handling full spectrum of HR functions with management role for 5 years and above
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
People oriented, competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
