- To give assistance for Cash book and Cash account.
- To issue the general expense to the employees and receive the expense claims.
- To take admin Work EI ( Monthly Schedule, Letter out, SD letter ,etc; )
- Responsible to collect the monthly maintenance payments
- Responsible for Receptionist
- Responsible for Payable
- To assist senior’s tasks if needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s university degree in Business administrative, Social science or Art.
• Min 2 years’ experience in administrative field.
• Basic level of English Language ( written and spoken )
• Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point )
• Passion for administrative and finance support.

• Team spirit and willing to share with others.
• Comfortable in functional position and matrix organization, and in the field.
• Able to self-review & take feedback and improve.
