- Arrange to complete for supply requisitions, stationary- Maintain and update office service contracts such as security , office ferry and branch office rental- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.- Supervise for admin staffs, drivers and cleaners- Maintain and control Office Building , Vehicles and generator- Arrangement of vehicle transportation and regular vehicle maintenance- Arrangement of office vehicles way request- Visiting card ordering and issuing to employees- Arrange travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed- Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements
- Any Graduate , Office Management or relevant Certificate/Diploma- Over 3 years experiences as a Admin Executive in related field
- Proficient in English Language 4 Skills (Intermediate Level)
- Must be computer literate- Full knowledge of office management systems and producers- Strong organization skills, problem solving skills and time management skills
