- Bachelor's or Master's degree Holder
- Age Between 30-45 (Male Only)
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience
- Good Communication Skills (both written and spoken in English and Myanmar)
- Prefer Japanese Communication Skills (listening & spoken)
- Excellent organizational management skills
- Working knowledge Government Office principles, procedures, and practices
- Knowledge of federal, state and regulations
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Page maker, Power Point)
