Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Ensure optimum satisfaction of all tenants in the property
• Supervise Tenant Representative to optimum customer satisfaction and maintain it
• Have thorough knowledge of area market including all competitive properties and area demographics.
• Negotiate proposed lease amendments and participate in the development of business plans and direct special projects to enhance tenant sales productivity and center profitability.
• Supervise Finance to ensure that all financial document sent to tenant representative as per agreed timeline, also maintain the accuracy data
• Keep record of all financial transaction and purchasing and also prepare monthly financial report.
• Propose and suggest alternative for the most cost effective operation, repair and improvement.
• Prepare and update supplier lists for cost control and cost comparison purposes.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Property and Office Management
• Monitor and evaluate the operation staff
• Propose plan to improve office administration
• Supervise administrative task and allocate office space according to needs
• Direct staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring and appraising job results. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Ensure all office policies and procedures are being implemented
• Set up the inventory control system.
• Prepare monthly report, submit to GM and to the client / client representative if approval
• Periodically, the employee may be expected to perform assigned duties and tasks not covered in this job description as well as to provide support to other functions when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate preferable MBA
• Preferred at least 5 years’ experience in property management
• Good command of English and computer skills
• Strong leadership skills, especially in action planning and project execution
• Be able to work with numbers, supervise and lead the team.
• Possess general idea of accounting
• Proactive, problem solving and responsible
