- To be employed for Agricultural Machinery Tools located in Thilawa Industrial Zone.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing
exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining
and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.

Job Requirements

- Any graduated with Diploma / Certificate in Human Resource Management .
- Age between (30-45) years old.
- Must have (5-6) years experiences in HR Managerial field.
- Fluent in English (4) skills.
