Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

o Support and assist the Human Resources Manager and the Department within the overall Human Resources operations
o Participate in the preparation of the Huaman Resources Budget under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager
o Recruitment and hiring of all employees as company needed
o Liaise with the Recruitment Agents effectively and maintain an up to date CV’s Database for future facilitation of recruitment needs and assist in recruitment process and professional candidate correspondence
o Ensure all positions hold up to date Job Descriptions compiled by the relevant Department Head.
o Be available for employees at all levels to advise, counsel and assist with problems or queries.
o Encourage a good standard of employee conduct and behavior and coordinate disciplinary and grievance procedure when necessary.
o Coordinate, control and inspect employee housing, ensuring it is of the highest possible standard of cleanliness and comfort.
o Monitor cleanliness and efficiency of the Employee Outlet and be in daily contact and supervision over the Employee Outlet Team
o Assist in preparation of monthly attendance,overtime, income Tax and SSB .
o Keep track of staff movements transfers, promotions, termination.
o Coordinate and encourage sports and social activities on a regular basis
o Maintain lively and interesting employee notice boards
o Ensure Annual Performance Reviews are carried out for every employee at least once every 12 months and are in line with the Performance Management Cycle
o Maintain up to date information as per the HR Policy Manual and adhere to them respectively
o Carry out duty management shifts according to the rota establish
o Support and assist the Human Resources Manager and the Department within the overall Human Resources operations

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and Diploma of Human Resources Management or similar field.
• A minimum of 3+ years experience in Human Resources Management level
• Well know local labor and relative laws
• Able to work under pressure
• Ability to relocate required
• Experience working in F&B field is more preferred
• Strong communications skills & organizational skills
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
