A Big Opportunity for ...

Assist and support Human Resources Manager by coordinating the efforts of the human resources team in the day to day operation. Align the human resources function with the overall strategy of the hotel operation. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Support day to day operations in human resources and assist the Director of Human Resources in implementing hotel strategy, including coaching and counseling recruits, and hiring and retaining the best employees.
2. Assist in reward and recognition programs.
3. Oversee employee relations and labor-related matters as per the labor law.
4. Administration of compensation, benefits and incentive programs.
5. Process medical, insurance and SOCSO claims
6. Manage termination process and staff compensation.
7. Assist in the coordination of annual PDR and evaluation processes, in conjunction with Department Heads and other relevant personnel.
8. Maintains updates and manage Human Resources reference material, the Training Room and facilities, pay and benefits surveys, the Team Member Handbook, and team member notice boards. 9. Oversees arrangements for staff sporting and social activities, including the Annual Team Party, in conjunction with the committee and in line with the Director of HR’s direction.
10. Must be familiar with applicable collective bargaining agreements and relevant local labor union(s).
11. Assist and support Director of Human Resources and Department Heads in achieving compliance with human resources policies and local legislation.
12. Provides coaching, counseling and welfare services to all employees, through their Department Head or through the Human Resources Department.
13. Assist in the management of the Esprit programme, including compliance to the specified company standard. Participates in the team objective of implementing the Equilibrium programme, including compliance to the specified company standard and to the agreed Hilton International and local Brand Standards.
14. Work closely with HR Team and other departments to provide the needs of the team members towards the achievement of excellent results from TMOS. To provide continuous feedback and discuss with Director of Human Resources on this.
