Overview

This role is to drive business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives in the organization to achieve sustainable business results based on the organization’s strategy and tactical moves.


Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze business requirements, underlying business processes and future business models in the organization
• Model and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes considering industry and technical best practices using modeling notations such as UML and Swim Lane Diagrams
• Understand, analyze and evaluate current business performance matrices, operational performance matrices and KPI structures/achievements, and identify gaps, problem statements in the operation
• Design Business Processes, Service Level Agreements and KPIs to make sure the organization achieves intended results
• Analyze current Management Operating Systems (MOS) in the organization and improve it to make sure the management model is getting matured and continually improved
• Understand current behavior, activities and job description of the people in a particular business process and formulate change management strategy
• Drive business process change projects as per the change management strategy and organization’s policy and procedures
• Understand different functionality of business applications and map application functionality to business processes
• Participate in design and implementation of digital solutions based on existing business applications or with new business applications to streamline and automate business processes
• Understand data sources, data models and data requirements in different business processes and work together with data analytics team for data definition, designing reports and dashboards
• Create statistical model and run statistical test on the business transactions and operational data to identify areas of concerns and improvement, and to evaluate performance
• Design and develop basic reports and dashboards considering necessary data sources for a particular business process
• Manage transformation programs/projects in professional and sustainable way
• Ensure that projects are prioritized, plan, execute and monitor as per the organization’s Project Management methodology
• Work closely with different functions in the organization to implement new business process, new way of work and new systems successfully
• Establish a comprehensive communication plan to make sure transparency of the project, initiatives and reflect professional image of the function
• Any other tasks assigned by HOD

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Computing or other related discipline
• 7 years of experience as Business Process Designer, Change Agent, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Solution Architect or Software Engineer
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English is a must
• Strong understanding and experience in statistical analysis and formulae is essential
• Knowledge and experience in modeling tools like Brown Paper Mapping, Swim Lane Diagrams and UML is essential
• Good experience in Project Management is essential
• Experience in design and implementation of digital business application like ERP, CRM, BPM will be beneficial
• Certificate or Diploma in Project Management / Operation Excellence / Business Process Management / Financial Management / Accounting will be beneficial
