An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Develop sales of chemical ingredients and implement potential projects
- Manages customers deals, supplier communication, key clients management, and sourcing ingredients for new project
- Ensuring the commercial and cost saving benefits are realized at the P & L level and ensuring on time delivery
- Ability to develop sales plans, allocate resources, identify potential issues/risks and develop contingency plans

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting and managing the pricing strategy/policy and accountable for ensuring the product set delivers budget contribution margin
- Driving the success of the valve products distribution line through market penetration, new account development and business model management

Job Requirements

- BE (Chemical) or B.Sc (IC) or equivalent degree
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Personal Care industry
- Fluent in English and good communication skills
- Have strong business acumen and contacts
- Mature and can work independently
- Experience of working in personal care ingredient sales would be a big plus
- Good experience and strong knowledge in personal care industry is more preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
