Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Assist the national Sale Manager in his/her responsible.
Able to lead and motivate the employees in the sale team to achieve the sales targets of the company.
Oversee salespeople, order fillers, stock clerks and sale representatives.
Responsible to train new employees and monitor the progress of the employees to evaluate his/her performance to be reviewed for creating action plans for under-performing sales representatives.
Able to assign duties and prepare work schedules to sale representatives.
Be responsiveness to our customers as their inquiries, orders and complains.
Develop sale territories, sale incentive plans for sale team.
Handle all the sales contracts with the help of the manager
Required Qualification & Skills
Education/Certification : Bachelor Degree related to Business or equivalent Degree
Required Knowledge : Basic understanding of customer service procedures and tracking sale records by weeklyand daily. Subjects like accounting, management and marketing are to be known to apply in work. Be able to oversee the market situation and possible market.
Experience Required : Experience also plays a very important role for this position. Must have retail or some kind of work experience (Two to Three Years related job experiences is preferred)
Skills/ Abilities : Well Organized, Accurate and attentive to detail, Excellent computer application skills, Ability to assist and support your Manager to get finished the work effectively and efficiently. Ability to read and write in English (Four skills are preferred).

Job Requirements

Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a product by phone or mail. Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to National Sale Manager.
