-Establish a sales objective and plan, organize, direct and control sales team to reach sales target
-Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures in accordance with the guidelines of the company’s strategies
-Analyze sales statistics gathered by their staffs to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and to monitor customers' preferences
-Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff
-Ensure the activities of all sales representatives who are in accordance with the guidelines of company’s rules and regulations
-Handle constructively all customers’ complaints related to sales department
-Prepare budgets, review expenses and recommend economies
-Protect organization’s value by keeping confidential information

Job Requirements

-Any graduate especially in business management or similar, MBA will be advantage
-At least 5 years of experience in related field with 3 years in Managerial field
-Must have good communication skills,leadership skills, and problem-solving skills
-Must be good command of English and MS office
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple problems as well as complaints
-Willingness to work in challenging conditions
-Able to travel all over the country.
