Achieved business target (sales revenue, sales volume and share by category)
Find emerging business opportunities of various channel, then work out an execution plan with a clear target
According to the Route to Market strategy, continuously drive products sales distribution and in-outlet execution by developing distributor partners.
Take charge network develop of precinct, especially potential market and import channel.
Make operate capability evaluate for 3rd party partner regularly
Monitor and analysis competitor’s activity and change our stratagem
Identify new market opportunity, develop and manage account with strategic long-term partnership. Visit outlets with sales supervisor regularly，though advice from customer adjust visit routes.
Monitor and training staffs’ work to help them improve their performance.
Coach and develop team talent pipeline and establish a good execution culture with right way.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate. DBA or BBA and Dip: in Sales and Marketing Management Preferred.
Minimum 5years of fast moving consumer goods manager experience and achievement
Good command of English and computer skills
Leadership & practical experience.
Advanced linguistic ability.
Business knowledge
Problem solving ability and effective communication ability
Teamwork spirit
Account Development & Management
Target Setting and business performance management
