RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist the Team Lead of Business Application Support in the areas mentioned at key accountabilities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Guide the support staffs’ day to day tasks
- Provide infra, HW, SW, application, functions, info, etc., required for supporting staffs.
- Analyze on the problems raised, system and technical issues.
- Make sure the team is supporting efficiently or providing necessary helps.
- Arrange training for new staffs, and existing staffs if required.
- Consider for the requirements/ impacts of the end-users if the system or application changes to be happened.
- Follow up on the cases/ tickets which are taking too long to resolve.
- Find the better ways to resolve the repetitive issues.
- Plan the staff resources not to be empty at the specific squad.
- Compile team members' reports and present to seniors.

Knowledge & Skills
Essential
- Strong problem solving skill and analytical troubleshooting skill
- Able to supervise/ coach/ mentor/ monitor/ manage the team members
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skill
- Flexible to work extended hours as required
- Able to improve team's service quality

Education & Special Training
Essential
- Degree or Bachelor in Computer Science or IT related fields

Experience
Essential
- At least 2 years experience in Technical Support/ Help Desk at Banking industry
Desirable
- Experience in developing/ maintaining application software

Languages
Essential
- Working proficiency in Myanmar and English
