Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Technical assistance can be delivered on-site for disaster recovery, contingency testing, planned maintenance, network outages, and other situations. An on-call standby is needed to provide for urgent issues.
  • Involve in project implementation such as new system deployment, hardware migration process.
  • Collaborate with local and international service providers to improve network systems and services and guarantee efficient operations management.
  • Cooperate with team members to achieve Organizaion's goals and objectives.
  • Able to follow up on each ticket with domestic and foreign service providers until the problem has been resolved
  • Enhance operational processes to continually meet customers requirements
  • To provide technical support for internal and external partners' request and complaints by 24x7.
  • Provide Technical Support through phone, email, ticketing portal.
  • Possess good verbal as well as written communication skills and negiotiation when interacting with partner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking.
  • Good knowledge of DWDM transmission system and networking.
  • Good knowledge of exchange system and network background.
  • Good communications skill with pleasant personality. 
  • Positive mindset and attitude
  • Willingness to learn
