Responsibilities include:
• Take briefs from stakeholders and coordinate project proposals
• Create and maintain research databases
• Monitor affiliated market research vendors as they undertake fieldwork
• Analyze different kinds of data using both quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Present findings in an easy to understand format (short reports, professional PowerPoint presentations) to stakeholders at different levels
• Contribute to recommendations based on team data analysis
• Forecast future activities based on trend analysis
• Track policy and regulatory updates pertaining to project industries and overall macroeconomic environment

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:
• Fluent Myanmar and English language skills (reading/writing/comprehension)
• BA from an accredited institution with preferred background in either business, finance, economics, statistics, research, and marketing
• 2 years of professional experience preferable
• Quantitative and statistical analysis skills; advanced training can be provided
• Demonstrated experience with office productivity software (MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SPSS
• Ability to multi-task and employ creative problem-solving skills
• Enjoy building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
