Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Collect and Analyze Sales Data to understand the insights, sales performance and promotion effectiveness.
  2. Develop and maintain Data models, Dashboards, Reports and other data visualizations to support reporting and analysis.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  4. Perform Data Quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  5. Quality reporting for respective departments and senior management to be able to make decision marking for business improvement.
  6. Work ultimately for Operation and Marketing as well as require to work closely with business development manager.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and visualization to improve opportunity for process and Data – Driven decision making.
  8. Support Ad Hoc reports which is request by the respective departments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics or Marketing or related field preferable 

  • Over 5 years in a reputed analytics/consulting firm or in a similar role with a sales & distribution firm

  • Proven experience in sales management in Fintech industry.

  • Excellent MS Excel skills, Power BI / SQL / Statistical and Equivalent Apps.
  • Ability to work with different sets of people
  • Excellent communication skills- Presentation & articulation, both
  • Should have the ability to handle large volumes of data
  • Should have Strong knowledge of sales environments
  • Having a high-scale field sales management experience is welcome
