A Big Opportunity for ...

• Prepare internal Delivery Order for every items purchased from Head Office to other offices.
• Filing and documentation for each project.
• Maintain and update databases for Business Operations Team.
• Arrange and follow up by all operation procedure for each project.
• Supporting and assisting other Business Operation Team members as needed.
• Perform any other related duties and responsibilities in multitask environment.
• Prepare/Assists for monthly report to manager
• Liaise with related project team for accommodation, transportation and other requirements.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years working experience in the related field will be advantage.
Good in written and spoken English.
Good Computer Skills (Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Photoshop).
Good Interpersonal Skills.
Positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines.
