Bancassurance Sales Manager at an International Financial Services Company in Yangon

 

  • Overall responsibility of driving business in Bank mapped branches
  • Maintaining good relationship with Bank Heads and teams for business
  • Salary up to 2,500,000 MMK plus other attractive benefits

 

About the Company

The Role

 

Responsible for keeping liaison with the bank partners and deliver business plans

 

  • Identify sales opportunities through performing reviews and trends and propose business solutions
  • Manage and maintain assigned staffs in matters to ensure the achievement of area production target.
  • Set up the Bancassurance business with the insurance providers
  • Ensure the training is delivered to sakes team and collaborate with operations team

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years work experiences in the Banking or Insurance Industry specializing in Sales Industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must and Master’s degree holder in Business related fields are preferred
  • Strong command of English.
  • Require to be analytical thinker with strong management skills and have outgoing sales personality
