* Branch Manager is the person responsible for the overall branch operation and the achievement of branch targets, supervision & monitoring, timely submission of management information and coordinating administrative functions.

* The idea candidate should be able to work under a well-structured and disciplined management environment with minimum supervision.

Job Requirements

* Should be a graduate in Management / Agriculture / Science or any other related field.

* Should have a minimum of three years of experience in Microfinance or in the finance sector.

* Fluency in written and spoken Burmese, English knowledge will be an added advantage.

* Knowledge is basic Accounting to manage branch operation.

* Knowledge in Microsoft office applications (MS Word, Excel & Power Point)

* Age should be below 35 years.

* Should have a valid motor bike riding license.
