-Display & Merchandising in Event Venue and surrounding areas.
Checking the event activities & taking records.
-Overall responsibility of internal & external event functions.
-To support, Keep, Maintain & repair event materials such as sound box, speaker, iron frames and etc…
-To interrelate between media agency & government officer.
-Check and in charge of event expenses claim from event team leader, than report to trade marketing manager.
-To handle and distribute the promotion items ( e.g.: coupon, explanation cards )
-Making event record book after finishing each event.
-Having 80% brand visibility in event area.
-Keep confidential information of promotion & event.
-To execute systematically the event operation as per project plan.
-To use the event expense within the fixed budget.
