• Prepare weekly Schedule according to budgeted sales and labour targets
• Precisely follow the food safety Guidelines as out time in the Gloria Jean ‘s coffees food safety Manual
• Monitoring/demonstrating shift management through the effective deployment
o of the team members focusing on speed of service
• Completing food safety and cleaning checklists
• To promote guest satisfaction by ensuring that all team members provide consistency with service and product
• To complete a weekly review of business KPI’s and reset goals accordingly
• Report to Area manager and Operation Management about Daily business process

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in same position and at least 5 years in F&B.
• Bachelor Degree holder.
• English intermediate skill preferred
• Able to work in Mandalay.
