CarShare system Coordinator Responsibilities:
The CarShare system Coordinator will be expected to perform the following tasks as part of their responsibilities:
a. Driving fleet utilization through optimum distribution, minimizing downtime of offline vehicles, predicting future requirements and managing one-way rental flows.
b. Ensuring all idle fleet vehicles are maintained in a safe condition ready for rent, Including vehicle cleanliness, full tire and body damage management.
c. According for the custody of all fleet under responsibility on a daily basis.
d. Oversee the receiving of online reservation.
e. Perform the arrangement and famously control the elements of vehicles for reservations.
f. Planning, organizing and controlling the entire for Car Share operations.
g. Coordinate the preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs for the branch fleet.
h. Supervising accident-reporting procedures so that the earliest possible repairs can be effected out on fleet.
i. Ensuring accurate records on all branch vehicles using the company’s ERP and CarShare System (Overdrive system), and ensuring risk management policies are strictly adhered to in terms of renter qualification and payment.
j. Developing budgets and implementing of office requirements accordingly.
k. Managing the clerical aspect of the organization and coordinating it with every department.
l. Coordinate with the accounting team for the report of revenue with every month to closing.
m. Works with the sales departments for amend with their standard or promotion prices.
n. Fully support to the line manager and well set up the branch without manager.
o. Make sure need to follow the introduce policies, rules and regulations.

b. Have appropriate qualifications for the vehicle rental industry, and have a current driver’s license.
c. Be sales oriented, articulate, and love dealing with people.
d. Experience with delivering customer service.
e. Able to display some IT skills and a have genuine interest in being part of developing the fleet operations modules of the company’s ERP system.
f. Have a passion for both developing people and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success.
g. Able to read, write and speak Myanmar and English.
Location
Yangon Airport, Yangon.
Reports To
Operation Manager CarShare
Key Internal Relationships:
Deputy GM, Fleet Maintenance Controller, Operations Team
Key External Relationships:
Software Developer, Business Partners.
