Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  1. Prepare necessary document / record for daily departmental functions (Daily Invoice Summary, etc)
  2. Follow the Departmental SOP, Work Instruction, office procedures
  3. Check transactions in system and make correction if there is error, discrepancy or changes
  4. Collect / receive cash and cheque for van-sales and loan-sales from sales and marketing staff, customers.
  5. Reconcile customers’ outstanding with daily remittance / account transfer as per Bank Statement .
  6. Conduct receipt entry in system according to Daily Collection.
  7. Coordinate with depots for cash collection from  customers in depot area (for specific product)
  8. Provide necessary document and make clarification for audit’s requirement

Job Requirements

  1. Any Graduate,more prefer for (B.Com,B.Econ,B.Sc(Math) 
  2. One to Two years of working experiences in related field
  3. MS Office skill,Excel 
  4. Ability to understand accounting functions
  5. Ability to work as a team
