Responsibilities:
• Manages and make decisions relating to the day-to-day management/operation.
• Manages the front office and all services ensuring that school operational and administrative functions are organized efficiently to meet the needs of the school, staff, students and families.
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Developing new facilities
• Deals with inquiries, complaints and emergencies
• Maintaining customer service standards
• Establishes work schedules, assigns work duties consistent with individual position job descriptions, evaluates and monitors performance
• Participates in meetings, workshops and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform the functions of the position
• Advises the administrator on all financial matters and reports on the financial feasibility of particular projects.
• Coordinates the purchasing of goods and services ensuring that accurate stock and Inventory control systems and safeguards are maintained. Checks deliveries of all goods. Maintains an inventory of school assets and ensures their security.
• Maintains appropriate records of all stock equipment and supply inventories.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of management experience (preferable from school/education center)
• A higher education degree or certificate/diploma in the field of management
• Have a broad knowledge of managing, organizing, planning, leading skills
• Able to manage in marketing, customer service and financial operation
• Passionate about a career and must have ability to deal with children and parents.
• Able to communicate effectively and mindfully with colleagues and vendors.
• Preferable IT background
