-ကျောင်း၏ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု သင်ကြားရေးနှင့်ပတ်သတ်သော နည်းစနစ်များအား ဖုန်း သို့မဟုတ် Facebook မှ တဆင့် သိလိုသည်ကို စုံစမ်းသောသူများအား သတ်မှတ် Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) အတိုင်း  ဖြေကြားရောင်းချပေးရန်။
- Customer Service Executive  များမှ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော   SOP များနှင့်အညီ လုပ်ငန်းအဆင်ပြေချောမွေ့စွာ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရေး လမ်းညွှန်ပေးခြင်းနှင့် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း ။

- ကျောင်းသို့လာရောက်သော Customer များကို အကောင်းဆုံး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးရန် နှင့် လိုအပ်သော  Data များ ပြင်ဆင်သိမ်းဆည်းရန် ။

-ရင်းနှီးနွေးထွေးသော အပြုအမူရှိပြီး  ကျောင်းသား/သူ ကလေးငယ်မိဘများအတွက် ကျောင်းခန်းအတွင်း/ အပြင် အခက်အခဲနှင့် လိုအပ်ချက်အား ခံစားနားလည်တတ်ပြီး စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။

- အပြုသဘောဆောင်သည့် စိတ်နေစိတ်ထားရှိပြီး ထိုးထွင်သိမြင်စွာဖြင့် တီထွင်ဖန်တီး ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ခြင်း။
- စိတ်ရှည်သီးခံနိုင်ခြင်း။
- ကလေးငယ်များအား ချစ်ခင်စိတ်ဝင်စားမှူ့ရှိခြင်း။
- အရောင်းနှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ အတွေအကြုံရှိခြင်း။
- အဖွဲ့အစည်းတွင်း အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် နေထိုင်ပြောဆို ဆက်ဆံဆောင်ရွက်တတ်ခြင်း။
