- BODမွညႊန္ၾကားေသာ Project အတြက္လိုအပ္သည့္ Presentation မ်ားျပင္ဆင္ႏုိင္ရမည္။
- ဌာနဆိုင္ရာသို႔လိုအပ္ေသာ လုပ္ငန္းတင္ျပခ်က္မ်ား၊ Presentation ျပဳလုပ္ေပးရမည္။
- Project အလိုက္ Drawing မ်ားအား Designer မ်ား ႏွင့္ညႈိႏႈိင္းၿပီး BODထံသို႔တင္ျပႏိုင္ရမည္။BOD ညႊန္ၾကားခ်က္ေပၚမူတည္ၿပီး Archie, Structure, M&E မ်ားအတည္ျပဳ ေရးဆြဲၿ႔ပီး Account မွတဆင့္ သက္ဆိုင္ရာSite သို႔ေပးပို႔ေပးႏုိင္ရမည္။
- လုပ္ငန္းမစတင္မွီ Project အလိုက္ Survey Dataမ်ားအားစီစစ္ၿပီး Design Section အားညႊန္ၾကားႏိုင္ရမည္။
- Project မ်ားသိိို႔ပစၥည္းေရာက္ရွိမႈ၊ (အခ်ိန္မွီၿပီးစီးမႈ) မ်ားအား ACE(or)ကိုယ္တိုင္သြားေရာက္စစ္ေဆးျခင္း၊ ပစၥည္းအမ်ိဳးအစားမ်ားအရည္အေသြးစစ္ေဆးျခင္း၊ Site အခက္အခဲမ်ားအားေျဖရွင္းေပးႏုိင္ရမည္။
- Permit Drawing ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ေသာလုပ္ထံုး၊ လုုပ္နည္းမ်ားႏွင့္ Drawings, Document မ်ား၊ ေတာင္းခံလာေသာပစၥည္းစာရင္းႏွင့္ အမ်ိဳးအစားမ်ား၊ ေငြBill မ်ားအား Final အဆံုးအျဖတ္ေပးႏုိင္ရမည္။
- Project မ်ားသတ္မွတ္အခ်ိန္ၿပီးစီးေအာင္၊ လုပ္ငန္းတြင္လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားသိရွိၿပီး ၄င္းလိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကုိ ေျဖရွင္းျခင္းႏွင့္ ပံ့ပိုးေပးမႈအား အခ်ိန္မီ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏုိင္ၿပီး ႀကီးၾကပ္ႏုိင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။

- B.E(Civil)ဘြဲ႔ရရွိၿပီးသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- အသက္(၄၀ ႏွင့္ ၅၀)ၾကားျဖစ္ရမည္။
- အထက္ျမင့္အေဆာက္အဦႏွင့္ Infrastructure လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႔အၾကံဳ (၁၅)ႏွစ္ရွိရမည္။
- သက္ဆိုင္ရာလုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႔အၾကံဳ ႏွစ္(၂၀)အထက္ရွိရမည္။
- Microsoft Project, Office ႏွင့္ Auto CAD မ်ားေရးဆြဲအသံုးျပဳႏုိင္ရမည္။
- လူမႈ/ဆက္ဆံေရးေကာင္းမြန္ရမည္။
- English စကားေျပာ/ အေရးအသား ကၽြမ္းက်င္မႈရွိရမည္။
- လုပ္ငန္းအေပၚစိတ္၀င္စားမႈရွိရမည္။ အခ်ိန္ကာလၾကာရွည္စြာလုပ္ကုိင္ႏုိင္ရမည္။
