1. Operator must have an understanding of Machines Safety due to knowledge for mechanical hazard, electrical hazard and using chemical hazard and Material Handling hazard.
2. Makes sure the work station is clean and free of hazardous materials.
3. Follow personal hygiene and basis good manufacturing practice.
4. Inspect assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards and keep the work area and machine.
5. Production Chief Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in production line.
6. Production Chief Operator involves assembling and checking product parts, ensuring that all machinery runs smoothly, and assisting in the incoming RM/PM items.
7. Proper Making machines adjustment and control machine setting on good situation.
8. Report machine fault or problem to line supervisor immediately.
9. To make necessary daily production line record and check list according to guide line form production leaders.
10. Production Chief operators adhere to safety guidelines and ensure that final products meet high-quality standards and checking products on the production line for quality.
11. Follow as working instruction and standard operation procedure.
12. Keep machines supplied with packaging materials and labels.
13. Control the packing material wastage and raw material wastage to reduce minimum rate.
14. Understand production output target achievement according to production schedules.
15. Participate in the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Plan Maintenance(PM) activities.
16. Follow company rules and regulations.
17. Follow instruction by Managers.

- At least 10 standards
1. At least 2 years’ experience in machine operation with factory.
2. Machine adjustment and have knowledge of machine.
3. Basic good manufacturing and quality knowledge.
4. Good communication skill.
