-Must be able to solve customer complain and must be able to explain clearly for customers’ questions upon our services.
-Must be able to solve serious complain in time, to prepare complain letter and send to officer for necessary action and follow up and solve to customer satisfaction.
-Educate customers about organization’s products or services.
-Maintain communication with customers via emails, phone calls, mails, etc.
-Understands and meets complex internal and external customer needs
