Such as weekly Greasing or Air cleaner cleaning project. • Tire PSI need to be check every time when any of our team member are touch with vehicle to use maximum life time and suspension are check regularly to maintain tire cost. • Set up and follow up for daily, weekly and monthly check are happening according to plan.• To make sure Fire Extinguisher, First Aid Kid, Yoma Fleet Sticker and Floor Mat,GPS, Canopy, Tow Bar, Modification to fix according to yoma fleet proper standard. Insurance and Complained Handling• Hotline phone are to be answer 24/7 to assist our customer. • Attending customer complained and provide them with proper solution or arranging if anything broke down or accident.
• Daily offline report to report daily basic to inform to Maintenance Controller. • To help and assist Branch Manager and Operation Manager to make sure daily operation are smoothly happening and to keep proper record. • Keep proper record and document handling.• Controlling weekly petty cash flow and expenses and report and request regularly and timely.• Record properly all vehicle movement. • Payment Follow with customer and received. • Contacting with customer and follow up for reservation. Maintenance Control• Narrow down the repair time and repair recharge to control vehicle utilization management with proper correspondent if when need to recharge. • Arranging any vehicle broke down as per Yoma Fleet policy to provide brake down service arrangement and replacement within 4 hours within city and within 24 out of city. • It is important that to make sure Regular maintenance are following up when service due.• Make sure daily vehicle utilization are follow up and keep an eye very closely any offline vehicle. • To make sure every returned vehicle are check detail and to make sure record for any accident and repair.• Arrange to repair or recharge.
