About the Company

The Role

Assure that all activities of after sales service are performed in a professional way.

● Handling customer survey via phone conversation and finding out customers’ non satisfaction.
● Keeping policy records.
● Coordinating with internal departments and external agencies.
● Managing and training call center staff.

Requirements

● Minimum 3 years of working experience in Customer Service at Insurance, Banking or Hotel Industries.
● Must have Insurance knowledge.
● Strong business level English
● Preferred female candidates who are between 25 and 40 years old.
