Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills with consumer’s customers by email, phone or chat in a busy call center environment. Responsible for the timely resolution of
customer complaints or problems by with an emphasis on using a clear speaking voice and listening attentively
- Bilingual is a plus
- Help customers navigate Shopmyar’s website and place orders online
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability
- Communicate directly with Vendors to check for the products and get the information back to customers
- Must know more detail about all the shopmyar’s products and able to explain to customer
- Help resolve product returns, respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions
- Submit quotes for large quantity orders and custom items
