At DAIZEN MYANMAR Logistics, we're seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Customer Service Leader to join our team. Dedicated to seamless global freight solutions, you'll oversee and optimize operations, ensuring smooth transportation and fostering strong client relationships.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive freight forwarding strategy aligned with business objectives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end freight forwarding process, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with international partners and carriers to secure competitive rates and reliable shipping solutions.
  • Lead a team of freight specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations for operational excellence.
  • Monitor shipment statuses in real time, addressing any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and customs documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional support.
  • Implement processes to optimize freight operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and market trends.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics to track shipment volume, transit times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Additionally, you will handle FDA processes to ensure compliance and efficiency in our operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain Management would be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or related roles, with a strong understanding of international shipping processes.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools for tracking and managing shipments.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, carriers, and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex logistics workflows effectively.
  • Proficient in using data and analytics to drive informed decisions and improve operational performance.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership qualities to motivate and guide a team towards operational success.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing international logistics environment.
