Job Description:
• Assess and produce relevant, standard, or custom information (reports, charts, graphs and tables) from structured data sources by querying data repositories and generating the associated information. Distribute and disseminate reports to applicable management and other internal end-users.
• Develop and produce dashboards, key performance indicators, and other recognized metrics used to monitor and report organizational performance.
• Collect, manage and clean datasets related to the report generation.
• Research and reconcile data discrepancies occurring among various information systems and reports.
• Participate in the implementation of data standards and common data elements for data collection.
• Identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Create data dictionaries and libraries that document how data are housed.
• Apply statistical models to the data to summarize data according to analysis plans.
• Identifies opportunities for improving business processes in partnership with process owners and management through information systems
• Analyses the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems, and ensures that the system designs fit the needs of the users
• Engage with functional leads to understand key risk and process metrics

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2 - 3 years related experience in Analysis
• Must have Experience in the operations or other relevant services industry.
• History of meeting/exceeding deadlines and delivering high quality results
• Proven ability to identify, focus, and own high priority tasks
• Ability to manage time effectively according to priorities and timelines
• Must be self-motivated and apply good judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Strong Microsoft Office abilities with a heavy concentration in Excel

Required Skills:
• Creative-minded individual with outside-the-box thinking
• Absorb and retain information quickly
• Communicates clearly and effectively with both technology/business partners
• Ability to follow process flows and understand intricacies across the WB’s and processing platforms
• Knowledge of manufacturing, operations and B2B marketing
• Fluency in spoken English and good English writing skills required.
• Good presentation skills and people skills; team player.
• Experience in sales, service, accounting, business, finance (preferred).
