* Critical analyses as well as regular monitoring of data in order to spot trends, find anomalies and draw conclusions on sales performance and product costs
* Forecast trends
* Create easy-to-understand written and visual reports for Management decision making and understanding
* Analyze data and generate insights into user behavior and marketing campaign performance
* Constant communication with Restaurant managers to understand factors affecting store performance and prepare concise reports to Management
