To collect, store and analyze data on operations, logistics, commercials or other areas as needed while possessing technical expertise to ensure quality and accuracy of data with the purpose of presenting it to support management’s decision-making process.

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions by interpreting data and analyzing results.
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Conducting meetings and presenting information generated from data to the management.
• Working with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering all the business, operations, and commercial data from the managers and respective parties and producing useful reports and dashboards for management’s review.
• Working closely with managers and related departments to check, verify, and align all the data to make sure that the data are consistent and logical.
• Taking ownership and managing master data including creation, updates and deletion.
• Other related work assigned by superiors.

• Bachelor in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• Demonstrated excellence with verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven working experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Prefer to possess knowledge about production
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of statistics and experience in using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, Power BI, SPSS, SAS, etc)
• Strong knowledge and experience with management reporting
