Providing client/desktop service and support to users in the assembly, installation, imaging, configuration, optimization, maintenance, repair, testing, and upgrading
Construct advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics for optimum performance by users of desktop computers, laptops, handheld/wireless devices, printers, scanners, and related computing technologies adhering to departmental procedure and company policy
Installation, configuration, troubleshooting Operating System (Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10)
Maintain computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
Job Requirements
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role.
• Able to travel and work beyond working hour occasionally.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Able to work collaboratively at all level.
