Key Duties/ Responsibilities

- Plan and delegate work to subordinates in order to ensure that the plant requirements are met with a high level of service.
- Lead, motivate and supervise the technical staff.
-Extensive knowledge in machines. Train the technical employees on problem solving and analyzing (Root Cause Analysis) and the Machine Operators on autonomous maintenance
- Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance system in order to reduce equipment downtime.
- Provide the Management with daily, weekly and monthly reports on downtime, equipment status, etc.
- Add New Machine installation depending on situation drawing, estimates, project planning.
- Develop and implement productivity improvement and cost out initiatives.
- Comply with the company’s hygiene and safety rules and regulations.
- Plan and delegate work to subordinates in order to ensure that the plant requirements are met with a high level of service.
- Comply to organization “food safety Standards and Program”.

Job Requirements

Technical Competencies

- Management communication to the team. Working with plant manager.
- Fix of equipment.
- Every day inspection repairs wear and tare or plan for weekly maintenance. Follow process
- Coordination with operations management as necessary
- Communicate with government on electrical supply, and meet government certification and reporting requirements
- Makes planning decision around maintenance. Preventative maintenance schedule. Reports issues to Manager who makes decisions

Requirements

- BE-Electrical Power, BE- Mechatronic
- 3 years experience in related field
